You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and be legally able to enter into this agreement. Features specifically labeled for adults may only be used by people aged 18 or older.

Do not create, upload, store, or distribute illegal, exploitative, abusive, deceptive, non-consensual, or rights-infringing material. Content involving or presenting a minor in a sexualized context is strictly prohibited. Do not use another person’s likeness or private material without the necessary consent and rights.

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, reference images, generated output, and how that output is used. Generation is probabilistic and can produce errors or unintended material. Review every output and follow the selected provider’s rules.

Welcome credits are a one-time account grant. Paid credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. The price, currency, and credit amount shown at checkout control the transaction. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless the service explicitly allows it.

Refunds and cancellations follow the published refund policy and cancellation policy.

Models, providers, pricing, features, and availability can change. Access may be limited or terminated when these terms, provider rules, payment requirements, or applicable law are violated.
