You can leave checkout before confirming payment. No order is created until the payment process is completed.

A completed one-time credit purchase cannot be “cancelled” like a subscription. Eligible requests are handled under the refund policy.

You may request account closure through support. Closing an account does not automatically reverse completed purchases, and remaining credits have no cash value unless applicable law requires otherwise.
