Refund policy.
Credit packs are digital, one-time purchases. This policy explains when a payment can be reviewed for a refund.
Unused credit packs
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase when none of the purchased credits have been used. Include the account email, order number, purchase date, and reason for the request.
Used credits
Once any credits from a pack have been used for generation, that pack is generally non-refundable because the digital service has begun, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Duplicate, unauthorized, or failed service
Report duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly. If a confirmed payment did not add the purchased credits, contact support so the order can be corrected or refunded after verification.
